Sardines on Toast: Obviously a classic but a bit forgotten sadly, simple and mega-fast, and real healthy!!! The secret must be to use the best ingredients so Fish4Ever and a really good bread, brown or white, chunky and ‘farmy’ should do the trick (or a gluten free alternative).

- If using the lemon and olive oil sardines, everything is done for you! Tasty with herbs, for example tarragon, chives or parsley.
- Alternatively spice and funk up the tomato sauce sardines with a quick squeeze of lemon, ground black pepper, a dash of Tabasco and two teaspoons of vodka!
