This is a Mediterranean alternative to the traditional tuna mayo sandwich mix. Great on an open sandwich, bursting with flavour and healthy raw veggies.
1 can of Fish4Ever Skipjack tuna in brine
Finely chopped or diced olives, red or green peppers, tomatoes – around 20/25g of each.
4 anchovies chopped
1 garlic clove
Squeeze of lemon juice or white wine vinegar
Ground black pepper
- Open can of tuna and mix in with vegetables and anchovies until well-mixed.
- Press garlic and squeeze lemon juice and ground pepper to taste.
