Sweet potato with Avocado and Squids

Thanks @danielakoegler for this amazing recipe inspiration. Perfect for a lunch or dinner with friends or family. 

Level: middle

Time: 60 min

Serving: 1-2



  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil
  • Chicoree
  • Mushrooms
  • Sprouts and herbs



  • Put the sweet potato in the stove at 180 degrees for 40 mins until it’s soft.
  • Fry onions with olive oil.
  • Also fry the mushrooms.
  • Add fresh sprouts or herbs as desired.
  • Enjoy! 🙂
