Healthy Tuna Balls

  • 1 tin Fish4Ever tuna
  • 50g breadcrumber
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 85g Ricotta cheese
  • 25g Parmesan cheese
  • a bit of salt
  • a bit of pepper
  • a bit of parsley



  • Drain the tuna well.
  • In a bowl, stir together all the ingredients.
  • Make six little balls.
  • Heat the pan and add a little oil and wait until the oil gets warm.
  • Now fry the balls in the pan.
  • Meanwhile prepare a salad and dressing of you choice.
  • Top the salad with the tuna balls.
  • Enjoy! 🙂
