- 1 tin Fish4Ever Wild Alaskan Pink Salmon
- 60 g Wholewheat Pasta
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 Sweet Pepper
- 100 g Champignons
- 70 ml Cooking Cream
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Glove of garlic
- 3 Anchovy fillets
- 1/2 tablespoon of sweet and medium hot mustard
- Spices as desried
- Cook the pasta and drain it well.
- Stew the broccoli.
- Saute briefly the onion and garlic in a hot pan.
- Then, ad broccoli, sweet pepper, champignons and pasta.
- Stir well and add the cooking cream, mustard, spices, anchovy fillets and salmon.
