- 1 tin Fish4Ever tuna
- 100g Pasta
- 160g Hokkaido chopped
- Vegetable broth
- 15g Tomato paste
- Spices and Herbs as desired
- Cook the pasta.
- Put the chopped pumpkin in a hot pot with vegetable broth.
- Cook until the pumpkin is soft.
- Then, add tomato paste, tuna, spices and herbs and serve it on a plate.
