- 1 Jar Fish4Ever Anchovies
- Red onions
- Beans and peas
- Lightly fry red onions in a pan with the oil of the anchovies (Only steam slightly, otherwise it is a pity because of the oil)
- Halve the chicory salad in the middle and remove the bitter core. Then fry in a pan.
- Add a few mushrooms.
- Take mixed beans and peas of your choice and put them in the pan.
- Serve everything and stir in fresh avocado.
- After that give the anchovies and the oil on top.
- Enjoy! 🙂
