Anchovies with Powerfood

Thanks @danielakoegler for this amazing recipe inspiration. Perfect for a lunch or dinner.

 

Level: middle

Time: 20 min

Serving: 1-2

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Jar Fish4Ever Anchovies
  • Red onions
  • Chicory
  • Champignons
  • Beans and peas
  • Avocado
  • Fennel

 

Instructions:

  • Lightly fry red onions in a pan with the oil of the anchovies (Only steam slightly, otherwise it is a pity because of the oil)
  • Halve the chicory salad in the middle and remove the bitter core. Then fry in a pan.
  • Add a few mushrooms.
  • Take mixed beans and peas of your choice and put them in the pan.
  • Serve everything and stir in fresh avocado.
  • After that give the anchovies and the oil on top.
  • Enjoy! 🙂
