Savoury pie with tuna in coconut oil

Ingredients for the pastry:

  • 200 g flour
  • 70 ml of water
  • 50 ml sesame oil
  • 1 table spoon of salt

 

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • 450 g potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tin of tuna in coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon of parmesan
  • 2 tablespoon of tumeric
  • Pinch of salt

 

Instructions:

  • Prepare the pastry by mixing all the ingredients together and let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Boil the potatoes, take out the skin and crush them with a fork. When they have cooled down, put the egg, the parmesan, the tuna, the tumeric and the salt. Mix all the ingredients well in order to form a homogeneous mixture.
  • Set oven at 200 degrees and cook it for 40 minutes.
