Anchovy and tomato based pasta (video)

Our latest guest blogger has created not only a fantastic pasta based dish but has also taken the time to put together an instructional video. Check out Nikki in action and try this for yourself at home.

Ingredients (serves two):

chosen pasta

4 large tomatoes

6 Fish4ever anchovies

1 zucchini

1/4 cup capers

1/4 cup black pitted olives

30ml extra virgin organic olive oil

3 cloves garlic

parsley to garnish

parmesan (optional)

for extra protein: add Fish4ever Tuna Steaks


1. chop up all ingredients

2. add olive oil  (and any left over oil from anchovy jar) into pot and infuse garlic & anchovies for 5 minutes

3. add the rest of the ingredients into pot

4. simmer for 10 minutes whilst you cook the pasta in another pot

5. serve with parsley and grated parmesan
