Ingredients (serves two):
4 large tomatoes
6 Fish4ever anchovies
1/4 cup capers
1/4 cup black pitted olives
30ml extra virgin organic olive oil
3 cloves garlic
parsley to garnish
for extra protein: add Fish4ever Tuna Steaks
1. chop up all ingredients
2. add olive oil (and any left over oil from anchovy jar) into pot and infuse garlic & anchovies for 5 minutes
3. add the rest of the ingredients into pot
4. simmer for 10 minutes whilst you cook the pasta in another pot
5. serve with parsley and grated parmesan
