This is a recipe for Mackerel Meatballs by Marinella Rossi. Super easy to make!
Mackerel balls are very easy to make, as well as cheap.
Bread crumbs (Impan)
1 glass of spring water
1 glass of fresh milk
1 can of Fish4Ever mackerel
1 slice of toast
Sunflower oil before baking
In a ball, mix the mackerel, black pepper, the water (one glass is enough), the slice of toast cut into small pieces. Shape the mixture into small balls, combine them with the milk and the bread crumbs.
Impan is a brand of bread crumbs that enables you to use it without eggs. It is perfect for meat and fish and cooks very well.
Put the meatballs in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
