- Fish4Ever sardine & kombu seaweed paté 120g
- 14g of yeast
- 200g of flower
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
- 1 glass of spring water
Put the flower and the yeast – that you previously dissolved in water – and the rest of the ingredient until you have a homogenous and smooth mixture. Let it rise for about 1 hour.
Put the dough into boat-shaped cutters and place them in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes (electric oven).
Once cooked, spread some Fish4Ever sardines and kombu paté on the little boats.
Your fish starter is ready! 🙂
