The lovely Sarah of @sarah.m.fitcake created these delicious, lowcarb mini mackerel pizzas for us!
The recipe is for 3 pizzas.
You will need the following ingredients:
For the pizza dough:
- 30g almond flour
- 1 egg
- 55g Greek yoghurt 0.2%
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1g psyllium husks
- 1 pinch provencal herbs
For the spread:
- 120g mackerel in spicy tomato sauce by Fish 4 Ever
- 15g grated parmesan
- provencal herbs
- Mix the dough ingredients together with a spoon. Form three small pizza crusts of the same size (~1cm thick). Prebake the pizza crust at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Take out the pizza crust after 10 minutes. Spread the spicy tomato sauce and tear the fillets into pieces. Put the fish on the pizza and sprinkle some cheese and herbs on top.
- Bake the pizzas at 160 degrees for another 7 minutes. Enjoy warm.
