Lemon – Sardine Bagels

Lovely Sarah of @sarah.m.fitcake created this delicious looking and super easy to make recipe of Lemon – Sardine bagels using our #fish4ever sardines in olive and lemon from our meal range!

Recipe for 3 bagels.


  • 20g Soya Isolate
  • 20g almond flour
  • 110g water
  • 10g psyllium husk
  • 120g sardine in olive oil and lemon
  • some fresh lemon zest


  • Mix the isolate, almond flour, psyllium husk, lemon zest and water. Take the sardines out of their oil, cut them into pieces and mix into the dough
  • Fill the dough into 3 doughnut baking tins. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees and bake the bagels for 25 minutes
  • Pair with a sweet and sour or a spicy sauce, or tzatziki.IMG_3623.PNG
