Sardines & greens

A delicious and easy bowl by @nathalie_hayward

INGREDIENTS
☀️ 3 cups of a mix any green vegetable (courgette, spinach, kale, chard, pak choi, broccoli, sugar snap peas…)
☀️ 1/2 pack gourmet green lentils
☀️ 1 tin @fish4ever_recipes sardines
☀️ squeeze of lemon
☀️ 2 tsp avocado oil
☀️ 1 clove garlic
☀️ 2 tbsp mixed seeds (hemp, pumpkin, sunflower)

METHOD
1. Chop the vegetables and sauté in a wok on medium heat in the avocado oil, add the garlic.
2. When veggies are nearly cooked add the sardines and lentils.
3. Stir through chopped baby gem or romaine lettuce at the end and add a squeeze of lemon juice.
4. Sprinkle with seeds and eat! –
Ready in under 10 😜🤙🏽
