Easy Mackerel Pâté

In case you need something to top off some oatcakes, try this amazing recipe by @live.love.balance using our Fish4Ever mackerel in spring water!

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 tin Fish4Ever mackerel in spring water
  • 3 tbsp of organic soft cheese
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch cracked black pepper

How to make it:

  1. Drain the tinned mackerel and flake it with a fork.
  2. In a bowl, thoroughly mix together the flaked mackerel with the other ingredients until it forms a creamy consistency.
  3. Serve on oatcakes. Enjoy!
