Here’s what you need:
- 1 tin Fish4Ever mackerel in spring water
- 3 tbsp of organic soft cheese
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- pinch sea salt
- pinch cracked black pepper
How to make it:
- Drain the tinned mackerel and flake it with a fork.
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix together the flaked mackerel with the other ingredients until it forms a creamy consistency.
