At Fish4Ever, we have a great range of tuna, but fish only that which is sustainable and always by pole and line. While each recipe will state which tuna is used, you can easily alternate between our skipjack and posh tuna. Our skipjack is fished in the Azores, Portgual, while our White Tuna comes from Namibia and our Yellowfin Tuna from Senegal.
